NTV Plus begins selling SMIT CI+ modules

Russian pay TV operator NTV Plus has begun selling CI+ conditional access modules supplied by SMIT.

Subscribers that wish to sign up to NTV Plus services via CAM need a TV with a built in DVB-S2 digital receiver and support for CI+.

SMIT CAMs can be purchased as part of a pre-paid Start package or for RUB1,200 including the smartcard. The CAMs are available from the broadcaster’s service centres in Moscow, St Petersburg, Samara, Rostov-on-Don and Ekaterinburg, or from authorised distributors.
