BT most complained about pay TV service

BT Vision remained the most complained about pay TV service in the UK in the first quarter of the year with 0.29 complaints per 1,000 customers, according to Ofcom stats. 

This marked an increase from 0.24 complaints per 1,000 subscribers in the previous quarter, and was six times greater than the industry average, according to the UK broadcast regulator.

In its ninth quarterly report on telecoms and pay TV complaint figures, Ofcom said that Virgin Media’s complaints were in line with the industry average at 0.04 per 1,000 customers, while Sky had the lowest number of complaints – 0.02 per 1,000 customers.
