Rostelecom names new strategy and investor relations chief

Russian service provider Rostelecom has named Maria Florenteva as vice-president, strategic planning and investors relations.

Florenteva was a founder of WebMediaGroup, where she was responsible for finance, corporate development and shareholder relations. Previous to that, she was director of corporate development at NTC, owned by Rostelecom.
