Polish pay TV provider Cyfrowy Polsat has launched a new advanced set-top, the HD PVR 7000 that can be connected to the internet to provide access to Polsat’s OTT service ipla.
The DVR, which is manufactured by Cyfrowy Polsat at its own facility, is the first produced by the group to include its own internal 320GB hard drive. previous Cyfrowy Polsat decoders included the ability to connect to an external hard drive via a USB port.
The device includes two satellite tuners, enabling users to watch and record two different channels at the same time.
