Vivendi approves board changes

French media and telecoms group Vivendi’s annual shareholders’ meeting has approved the appointment of five new members of the group’s supervisory council.

The new members are Vincent Bolloré, Pascal Cagni, Yseulys Costes, Alexandre de Juniac and Nathalie Bricault.
The shareholders’ meeting also approved an increase in the annual dividend amounting to €1 per share, to be paid on May 17.
