Polish pay TV operator nc+ is in talks with local cable association PIKE to ensure that cable subscribers to its services are offered the same services and conditions as its satellite customers.
nc+ president Julien Verley recently met with PIKE president Jerzy Straszewski to discuss the issue. Verley said that the offer recently made to satellite customers would be extended to cable customers that took Canal Plus services.
In an attempt to assuage customer concerns and a high drop-out rate following the merger of the ‘n’ and Cyfra Plus platforms, nc+ has said all customers will now have until the end of their current contract to decide which nc+ packages to subscribe to, and has introduced a new Ekstraklasa package combining access to football coverage with 20 channels as an option.
