French cable operator Numericable signed up 121,000 subscribers to its LaBox advanced TV offering by the end of last year.
The operator posted a 4.6% increase in its EBITDA for 2012 to €456 million. CEO Eric Denoyer said 2012 had been one of the company’s best years since it was created in 2005-06.
Numericable had 635,000 subscribers to its fibre network out of a total of 1.6 million customers at the end of last year. The operator said it had 1.26 million very high-speed internet customers defined as those with speeds of 30Mbps or above.
