Time Warner Cable has launched its TWC TV app on Roku boxes in the US, giving authenticated access some 300 live channels through the web-powered device and plans to add on-demand content to the offering later this year.
TWC TV for Roku is available to Time Warner Cable video subscribers with a TWC authorised modem and Roku box, and is the fourth platform launch for TWC TV.
The Time Warner deal was first announced in January as part of a string of new content deals agreed by Roku.
