Orange sees strong TV growth amidst mobile gloom

Orange had 5.9 million TV customers across Europe at the end of last year, up 15% year-on-year.

Orange’s French IPTV and satellite TV subscriber base grew 15.8% to 5.067 million subscribers, while its fixed broadband base grew by 3.1% to 9.893 million. In Poland its TV base grew by 11% to 706,000 customers, while broadband numbers remained stable at 2.345 million.
