Russian service provider VimpelCom has named Andrei Kurdanov as director for the Volga region.
In his new post Kurdanov will be responsible for all business development for VimpelCom across the company’s eight sub-branches for the cities of Yekaterinburg, Chelyabinsk, Tyumen, Kurgan, Perm, Izhevsk, Kirov and Syktyvkar.
Kurdanov, who previously headed the Moscow branch of rival service provider MegaFon, replaces Dmitry Kiselev, who has left the company.
