German cable operator Kabel Deutschland (KDG) has tapped OSS provider Comarch to optimise its network and service management processes.
KDG will use Comarch network and service inventory and inventory planning software to optimise its network expansion and support the growth of its coverage and capacity, and will use Comarch OSS process management software to improve the customer experience.
“As we look to expand our offer and provide our customers with new services at competitive prices, we needed to significantly increase the efficiency of our business processes and speed up the rollout of network infrastructure. We needed a partner that had experience on the German market and in the cable industry. We believe Comarch solutions will enable us to reach more subscribers with an extended and modernised network, which will also improve service quality and increase customer satisfaction,” said Gerhard Mack, senior vice-president, technical operations at Kabel Deutschland.
