Ukrainian cable operator Volia’s share of the pay TV market in the cities in which it is present grew from 55% to 59% by the end of last year, with an internet market share of about 20%. Volia had 1.9 million customers at the end of last year across 29 cities.
Volia said its priorities for 2013 would include improving customers service and investing in interactive TV as well as further geographic expansion through the acquisition of new assets across the country.
