VimpelCom names customer experience chief

Russian service provider VimpelCom has named Artyom Vartanian as head of customer experience, charged with delivering an improved customer experience for Beeline subscribers.

Vartanian, who will retain his current role as director of strategic projects until a replacement is appointed, replaces Anton Adreev, who is leaving the company.
