UK media services provider Vision247 has opened a new office in Dubai and appointed Tanya Vidmar as managing director, UAE.
Vision247, which already works with major regional broadcasters including Al Arabia, MBC, GEM TV and Iqraa, will now expand its activities with support for local telecom operators, offering combined subscription and pay-per-view services, IPTV and OTT, with provision of both channels and apps.
“The Middle East and Africa regions represent some of the most exciting new opportunities for Vision247. As a vendor of IPTV and OTT content delivery and management platforms the company is in a prime position to support the development of free to view and pay TV services, delivered over the internet, to the new generation of ‘digital’ homes in the region,” said Vidmar.
