Swedish broadcaster TV4 Group has agreed to sell the free TV rights to Swedish SM-liiga hockey for this year to SBS TV.
Related to the deal, TV4 has entered into negotiations to sell its TV11 channel to SBS, and is in talks to sell free rights to 2014 SM-liiga hockey to the broadcaster.
Under the deal, coverage of SM-liiga hockey will be divided between SBS and TV4’s C More pay TV arm, with both showing the finals.
