Fox hires BBC Worldwide’s Brent as strategy chief

Fox International Channels has hired Christian Brent as its European strategy boss.

Brent joins from BBC Worldwide, the commercial arm of the UK public broadcaster, where he was vice-president, strategy & audiences at the company’s channels division.

At FIC, he will take the newly-created role of vice-president of research and strategy for Europe.
Based in London he will head FIC’s research team.

FIC runs over 300 channels globally across the entertainment, lifestyle, factual and sport categories. European channel brands include FX, National Geographic and Fox Life.
