Ziggo board members resign

Paul Best and Caspar Berendsen have resigned from the supervisory board of Dutch cable operator Ziggo. The move follows the reduction to below 20% of the stakes held in the operator by private equity groups Cinven and Warburg Pincus in October.

Best is a managing director of Warburg Pincus and Berendsen is a partner of Cinven.
