Pellerin looks to collaboration between regulators, not merger

France’s digital economy minister Fleur Pellerin has reiterated that she is in favour of a restructuring of the country’s regulatory regime that would see media regulator the CSA and telecom regulator ARCEP work more closely together.

Speaking in the French Senate yesterday, Pellerin said that she was in favour of the creation of an umbrella working group or college rather than a merger of the two regulators.
