Russian service provider MTS is looking to develop fixed line and pay TV businesses in Armenia, Belarus and Ukraine, according to local press reports.
Fixed-line business development director Dmitry Bagdasarian told the Vedomosti news service that MTS was interested in developing a fixed line business in the three CIS countries. He said MTS already had the infrastructure in place to provide retail services in all three countries.
