Cable operator UPC Poland has created a new sales and customer service division under former sales and marketing director Jaroslaw Pijanowski.
The operator has also created the new post of director of client relations and appointed former director of telecommunications services Miroslaw Kavala to the role. Kavala will be responsible for building customer satisfaction at all stages of the customer lifecycle.
