Ziggo adds live streaming to Android app

Dutch cable operator Ziggo has added live streaming to its Android app.

The updated app offers live streaming of 14 channels, including Netherlands 1, 2 and 3, RTL 4 and 5, National Geographic and Eurosport.

The cable operator has also integrated the app with Twitter. A Twitter button lets users see what others are Tweeting about the show they are watching. Users can also easily let others know what they are watching via Twitter, Facebook and email.
