BT Vision gets most complaints

BT Vision is the UK’s most complained about pay TV provider.

Between April and June, Ofcom found that 0.25 BT Vision customers per 1,000 customers made a complaint, which was above average industry levels for complaints.

Complaints about BT Vision were partly driven by issues related to their sales processes and problems with billing. Virgin Media also generated above industry average complaints levels, but they were much lower than BT Vision, with 0.07 complaints per 1,000 customers. Just 0.02 per 1,000 of BSkyB’s customers made a complaint.
