The recording artist will deliver his keynote in a session entitled ‘Creativity and Technology Forces Combine – Transcend the Barriers of Convention and Rethink What Can Be Achieved’, co-hosted by Johan Jervøe, vice-president of partner marketing at Intel.
“We want people to rethink what they believe is possible,” said will.i.am. “I’m always thinking about tomorrow. What are the new beats? What is the new music? What will people like? What will we be capable of doing? Technology allows us to amplify our ideas, amplify our creativity, and find new ways of solving our problems and genuinely start living in those future tomorrows, and that’s what I want to share at IBC.”
The session will take place at 14:00 on Friday September 7.
Other announced IBC conference speakers this year include Liberty Global president and CEO Mike Fries, Walt Disney corporate strategy and business development chief Kevin Mayer, Sky Deutschland CEO Brian Sullivan, BSkyB chief operating officer Mike Darcey and Discovery Networks International chief Mark Hollinger.
