German cable operator Kabel Deutschland (KDG) has launched a new DVR with what it claims to be the largest hard drive in the country.
The Sagemcom RCI88-1000 offers up to 1TB of storage, enabling users to record 220 hours of HD content. The box has four tuners and can be rented by new and existing customers. Users can programme the DVR from smartphones and tablets devices using an app that can be downloaded from the iTunes Store and Google Play.
