CSA calls for local TV candidates

French media regulator the CSA has called for applicants to launch digital-terrestrial local TV services in the Nice, Menton, Saint-Raphaël, Cannes, Grasse and Mercantour region in south-east France.

Applicants must commit to air at least one hour devoted to local news services, which along with local or regional programming must represent at least half of the service’s output each week.
