The app now includes the creation of image galleries, live blogs, graphs and interactive images, all optimised for Android devices. A new Technology News section will also be available in addition to the existing sections, UK News, World News, Politics, Business, Showbiz and Strange News.
The initial version of Sky News Android app has been downloaded one million times. Over five million customers have downloaded Sky News apps across multiple devices.
