TV software companies Access and Ocean Blue (Stand H48) have announced the commercial availability of the companies’ joint HbbTV solution.
The solution combines Access’s NetFront Browser NX 2.0 DTV Profile and Ocean Blue’s Sunrise DVB middleware. It is being demonstrated at ANGA Cable.
“ANGA sees the public demonstration of our powerful joint HbbTV solution which we believe is the fastest and most powerful way for CE and set-top box manufacturers to meet the increasing market demand for HbbTV compliant set-tops as the standard continues to spread its footprint throughout Europe,” said Ken Helps, CEO of Ocean Blue.
