Belgian operator Belgacom is launching six new linear channels to its TV Everywhere service after striking a deal with commercial broadcaster VMMa. The operator has added vtm, 2BE, Vitaya and vtmKzoom to the service and will add Jim and Anne at the end of June. This brings the total number of linear channels on the service to 30.
Belgacom’s TV Everywhere was launched in July 2011 and is available to subscribers to its Belgacom TV IPTV services on mobile devices and laptop computers. More than 260,000 customers have downloaded the application for mobile devices. Other channels available on the service include één, Canvas, Ketnet, VT4, VIJFtv, Acht, Eurosport, Belgacom 5, Nickelodeon Junior, RTL-TVI, Club RTL, Plug RTL, AB3, AB4, Trace, LCI, MCM POP, Tiji and Canal J, and Belgacom Zoom.
