Sky Deutschland expands customer service numbers

Pay TV operator Sky Deutschland is extending its customer service operations, provided by Invoco Group. The company will create 110 new jobs at Invoco’s facility in Wismar.

Sky said the expansion of its customer service operation was in line with the growth in the number of subscribers to its platform.
