At ANGA Cable, Conax (Stand K21) will introduce Conax Xtend Multiscreen, a new pre-integrated solution for enabling migration to advanced multiscreen services.
Conax describes Xtend Multiscreen as a high-performance, cost-efficient, ecosystem for multiscreen hybrid-broadband-broadcast content delivery and consumption. The solution has been developed together with middleware provider, Cubiware, and content management system provider, MPS Broadband.
“Many consumers now have ready access to high-speed broadband. Combined with a tide of powerful new connected devices, a new era of video consumption has been ignited. Pay-TV operators are keen to explore strategic partnerships and business models that enable energetic new offerings such as delivery of advanced multiscreen services that provide both ease of use and quality of experience,” said Tom Jahr, executive vice-president, products and partners, Conax.
