Tricolor TV investor seeking further 50% stake

An unnamed Tricolor TV shareholder has applied to acquire an additional 50% stake in the Russian pay TV operator.

The country’s competition regulator FAS has received an application from an existing shareholder. The identity of the person in question has not been revealed but if they are successful they will hold an 87.4% stake in Tricolor TV.
