Channel 4 VOD views up 10% year-on-year

Channel 4’s online VOD platform 4oD attracted 45 million views in February, bringing total year-to-date views to 93 million. That figure is 10% higher year-on-year.

There were 4.3 million unique 4oD users during the month, each spending an average of two hours watching content.

Drama was the most watched genre on 4oD with Skins, Hollyoaks, Desperate Housewives and Shameless all featuring in February’s top ten most viewed programmes. Factual came in second attracting 10.7 million views and was followed closely by comedy drawing 10.1 million views.
