Maxdome inks content deal with Fox


German online on-demand service Maxdome has inked a content deal with Hollywood studio Twentieth Century Fox.

The service, which is owned by German broadcast group ProSiebenSat.1, has acquired a package of 250 movies from Fox, which will be added to its online video store. Titles include Alvin and the Chipmunks and Planet of the Apes.

Maxdome already has programming deals with content providers including CBS, Disney and Universum Film.
