US-based advanced TV advertising specialist BlackArrow has hired Joseph Matarese as its chief technology officer. Matarese was previously vice-president and general manager of the on-demand business unit for Arris Group.
BlackArrow has also hired Tricia Iboshi as senior vice-president, client services and Dean McCormick as vice-president, advertising solutions. Iboshi was previously senior vice-president, sales at KIT Digital, while McCormick was co-founder of advertising sales and marketing services company Mix Media.
