DEV names German-language area sales chief

German cable technology provider DEV has named Stefan Philipps as its new area sales manager for Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Philipps succeeds Harald Busold, who has left the company. He will report to Rainer Lorger, head of sales and marketing. Before joining DEV, Philipps worked at Titan Commerce, helping US networking companies at to enter the German market.
