Russian DTH operator NTV-Plus has launched an IPTV service for the first time.
The operator has rolled its service out over telco Citycom’s network in Smolensk, giving it access to 41,000 homes. It has also signed with Vick Telecom who will offer the service in Murom.
NTV-Plus’ IPTV platform offers over 160 channels, 11 of which are in HD.
