The Hindi language channel has a library of over 400 titles, including recent blockbusters Guzaarish, No One Killed Jessica, Tees Maar Khan, Tere Bin Laden and Kartik Calling Kartik. It will carry English subtitles.
The deal between UTV and Sky was brokered by TVMedia3.
