Rossini will oversee all aspects of programming, production and acquisitions for the group’s pay TV channels including Fox, Fox Life, Fox Crime and Fox Retro.
He will join the company in January 2012 from Digicast, where he was director of channels including Lei, Dove, Yacht & Sail and Caccia e Pesca. Previously he worked at Mediaset’s Canale 5, Telecom Italia’s LA7 as well as a variety of roles across MTV, Nickelodeon and Comedy Central. He will report to Diego Londono, president and chief executive of Fox Channels Italy. ”Alberto is a capable and enthusiastic entertainment executive and we are pleased to have him on the team. I’m confident that his years of experience in the Italian pay TV sector and his keen editorial eye will bring added value and innovation to our entertainment channels,” said Londono.
