Channel Five reportedly ditching Sky for ITN

UK commercial broadcaster Channel Five is set to cancel a contract with BSkyB to provide news content and resign previous supplier ITN, according to UK press reports.

Five owner Northern & Shell has cancelled a deal, which was slated to run for five years until end-2012, with Sky and is now expected to ink a £9 million (€10.5 million) a year deal with ITN.
