BT added 41,000 BT Vision customers between July and September, the highest quarterly rise for more than two years.
The additions mean the telco ended September with a total of 639,000 BT Vision customers.
The quarter also proved successful for BT ‘s high-speed broadband offering BT Infinity, with 88,000 new customers signing up. Total subscribers now stand at 300,000, more than double the figure six months ago.
The increased penetration of broadband in BT’s customer base meant ARPU increased by £5 (€6) in the quarter to £335.
