T-VIPS appoints commercial officer

Video transport technology specialist T-VIPS has appointed Arnhild Schia as chief commercial officer.

Schia has held executive positions in various corporations including EDB Telecom and Incatel, at which she was CEO and Comptel Corporation, where she was senior vice-president.
