Spacecom begins broadcasting new Croatian channel

New Croatian TV channel KLasik TV has begun broadcasting on Spacecom’s Amos satellite fleet located at 4° West.

KLasik TV is a privately owned channel broadcasting that broadcasts localproductions including movies, documentaries, cartoons and television seriesfrom the past five decades to cable andDTH homes. Spacecom isworking with OiV Transmitters and Communications, the government ownedtransmission centre, to bring the new channel to Croatia and the rest of theBalkan region.

“The Amos satellites are enabling KLasik TV to reach new audiences inCroatia and the other countries of former Yugoslavia and removing theobstacles of bringing our classic programming to viewers around the region,”said Maja Jelisic Cooper, CEO of KLasik TV.
