F1 legal row brewing

Germany’s Constantin Media has lodged a legal complaint against Formula 1 bosses, according to UK press reports.

The German company is understood to have filed a lawsuit in a London court, alleging that various Formula 1 managers undervalued the auto-racing event when selling it to CVC Capital. The private equity company paid US$1.7 billion (€1.2 billion) for Formula 1. Constantin was a minority stakeholder at the time of the sale.
