Mikael Olander, the president and CEO of CDON, the online shopping and video rental service, has resigned.
CDON was previously a subsidiary of Scandinavia-focused free and pay TV operator Modern Times Group, but has been spun off into a separate, listed entity.
The company said today that Olander has a twelve month notice period and will remain in charge until a replacement is found. CDON operates e-commerce and home shopping services including an online video rental operation, which has content deals with Warner Bros among others.
