Swisscom TV growth continues

Swisscom ended June with 512,000 TV customers, 200,000 more than at the same time last year.

The telco said the number of people signed up to triple-play bundles including the Vivo Casa offering that combines fixed-line telephony, internet and TV had reached 300,000.

The number of broadband customers in Switzerland was up 5.8% to 1.6 million at the end of June.
Swisscom reported first half revenues of CHF5.7 billion (€5.2 billion), down 3.8% year-on-year. The telco’s Italian business Fastweb contributed first half revenues of CHF291 million, up 2.1%.
