INEA acquires telco

Polish cable operator INEA has acquired a majority share of local telco Telefony Opalenickie.
Telefony Opalenickie provides fixed telephony and internet services to 4,000 customers in the region of Grodzisk Wielkopolski. INEA has acquired over 92% of the telco for €10,166,436. The cable operator said it would modernize and expand the network.
