TV technology company Motive has introduced a ÂVideo to Go side-loading feature on its Television Anytime Anywhere platform, allowing viewers to load recorded movies and other shows to laptops, iPads and tablets.
According to Motive, the technology brings the companyÂs two existing patented capabilities together into a single product and also provides opportunities for the hospitality industry to offer Video to Go to their customers. The new feature will be launched in the autumn.
Anthony Combe, chief technology officer and vice-president, engineering of Motive said, ÂWe are able to combine and extend MotiveÂs flexible, patented and proprietary technology to help our clients create a wide range of consumer services. Connecting the television with the second screen is an exciting advance both for Motive and a number of different industries.Â
