Kudelski sells stake in chip card company

The Kudelski Group has sold its 50% share in identity management and chip card company Polyright.
It sold the company to Zurich-based outfit Multicard, a subsidiary of security technology group Identive. This decision is an outcome of the strategic review of the Kudelski Group activities announced in February 2011, the company said in a statement.
