Volia acquires Dnepropetrovsk operator

Ukrainian cable operator Volia has acquired Dnepropetrovsk-based pay TV and internet service provider TRK Fal-stap.

Volia said the acquisition had been approved by Ukraine’s anti-monopoly commission. The operator’s CEO Erik Franke said it would invest in infrastructure in Dnepropetrovsk.
