Ono completes €300 million bond

Spanish cable operator Ono has successfully completed a bond issue of €300 million.

It said the proceeds would be used to repay its bank debt early and therefore improve the capital structure of the company.

This bond issue is in adddition to one carried out in October 2010, when the company issued €700 million euros in bonds with a coupon of 8.875%, maturing 2018.
